Michael J. Kedzie, Esq.

Michael J. Kedzie graduated from Loyola University cum
laude in 1983. He received his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University in 1987. While in law school, Mr. Kedzie was selected by his peers to serve on the nationally recognized DePaul Law Review. After graduating in the top 5% of his class, Mr. Kedzie began practicing law in the area of personal injury and general litigation. He has personally handled many six and seven figure lawsuits, including a product liability case representing an 18-year-old plaintiff who was rendered a quadriplegic in a diving accident, a death case of a 2-year-old boy at a day care center, a birth trauma case resulting in Erb's palsy, a case involving a woman who was rendered a quadriplegic in a fall and, a wrongful death case due to medical malpractice. He has also worked as a special assistant attorney general for the State of Illinois and litigated multimillion dollar condemnation cases. He has experience representing small to medium sized companies in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. His professional achievements have earned him invitations to be included in Who's Who In American Law. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, the Federal General and Trial Bars, the American Association for Justice, the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
